Motive hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Soruşturmalar cihazda çalışır; oyun reklam, analitik veya takip içermez. Mobil sürüm, satın alma ve sahiplik doğrulaması için Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing ile mağazaya bağlanır. Geliştiricinin işlettiği bir sunucuya oyuncu verisi gönderilmez.
- Cihazınızda saklananlar: oyun ilerlemeniz, ayarlarınız (ses, yazı boyutu, hareket) ve pano notlarınız yalnızca cihazınızdaki oyun klasöründe tutulur. Uygulamayı silmek bu verileri siler.
- İzinler: Konum, kamera, mikrofon veya kişiler izni istenmez. Android sürümü mağaza bağlantısı için internet ve Google Play Billing kullanır.
- Çocuklar: Oyun geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir kullanıcı hesabı veya sohbet içermez; mobilde isteğe bağlı tek seferlik dosya paketi satın alımı vardır ve çocuklardan veri toplamaz. İçerik kurgusal cinayet soruşturmaları içerir (bkz. mağaza yaş derecelendirmesi).

Motive collects no personal data. Investigations run on your device. The game has no ads, analytics or tracking. Mobile purchases and ownership checks connect to Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing. No player data is sent to a developer-operated server.
- Stored on your device: your progress, settings (audio, text size, motion) and board notes are kept only in the game’s local folder on your device. Uninstalling the game removes them.
- Permissions: the game requests no location, camera, microphone or contacts permission. Android uses internet access and Google Play Billing for store connectivity.
- Children: the game has no developer-operated accounts or chat. On mobile there is an optional one-time case pack purchase, and the game collects no data from anyone, including children. The content features fictional murder investigations (see the store age rating).
- Third parties: Apple and Google process mobile purchases through your store account. The game does not receive payment card details. Stores provide product identifiers and ownership results; Android stores a signed purchase record locally for offline ownership checks. Platform stores handle payment and transaction information under their own privacy policies.
